Delivery
Your orders are shipped free of charge with YURTİÇİ Cargo. Your orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after your order confirmation. Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address via cargo within 10 business days.
Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. Your cargo tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address you used in your order after it’s been processed.
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Shipments are made on weekdays as our company is closed on weekends.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return purchased products or make a size exchange, you can return them to the address below using YURTİÇİ Cargo within 15 days, subject to the conditions of the exchange/return process outlined below. When returning the items, provide the customer number 337397654 for FAST FORWARD FUTURE to ensure a free return.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you choose a courier other than Yurtiçi Cargo for the return/exchange, our company will not be responsible for the shipping costs, and you will need to cover the shipping fee.

Return Conditions
We kindly request that you send the product you wish to return to the FAST FORWARD FUTURE shipping address with its original invoice, unused, and undamaged.
If the invoice for the product you wish to return has been issued in the name of a company, it must be sent along with the company’s issued return invoice. Without the original invoice, VAT and other applicable legal obligations cannot be refunded. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
Returns of products with damaged original boxes/packaging, shipping labels attached to the original box, or sealed with tape will not be accepted. Such products will be returned to the sender as cash-on-delivery.
If applicable, all standard accessories of the product should be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging.
Returns of clothing items that have been used, washed, had their tags removed, or altered will not be accepted.

For contracts related to the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement,
For contracts related to services that have started with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period,
For contracts related to non-material goods delivered to the consumer instantly in electronic form (gift cards, vouchers, coupons, and similar) or goods delivered to the consumer instantly.
